Default In the snow on the dry - first cast!

I'm proud of this one.

I went on Saturday, the snow was deep, the sun was out .

Tied on a dry and first cast:

Well done Alex, bet you were surprised.
An inspiration for us all to get out there, super photos by the way.
Cheers Steven.

Brilliant.
Catching winter Grayling on the dry has been a first for me this season.
It really makes you think you have cracked it!
What fly is that you are using, a sedge of some type

Very nice pic's, around 90% of my best grayling have fallen to dry in the winter.

I went out with a forum member over Xmas, found a shoal of around 30 grayling, very fussy and hard to catch, just picking off the odd one or two, tried a dry and had about 15 in 30-45 minutes and it was -5 Deg C always worth a shot.
