Default Name the Loch #2

Another warm up, but harder ones to come in the new year.

Of course. I am going to have to make these much harder.

Bonus point for naming the drift area?

Directly in front of the sluice is Brock's Hole. To the left is Vane Bank and to the right is Back of Yard and in the distance is Hole of Inch

The area where the photographer stands is known as Findatie. Brox Hole is more to the left of the sluice than in front, and isn’t really a hole as such… more of a drop off. Further along the same bank (I assume it’s Vane Bank, although I’ve never heard it called that) is the more oft mentioned Vane Dyke, along to Carden Point and the “single tree“.

Of course, it’s difficult to tell from any picture, but it’s unlikely you’ll see either the hole o’ inch (further to the left), or back o’ yards (further to the right) from that view. You might see a bit of the plantation and some of the old Levenmouth area, but again it’s debatable.

Of course, as ever it’s all up for debate and I stand to be corrected.

Spot on North Deeps. Now for a zillion bonus points, if you can just identify where all the big ones swim. Don't bore the forum with the info. Just PM me and it will be our little secret.
