Fished today - Blanked but enjoyed being out. Could see fish but they were'nt rising and could'nt tempt them with nymphs or Klinks

Mr K
Thanks, yes there are some very nice wild brownies in there. Have only fished it a couple of times but have had browns upto 1 1/2lbs.
Will fish it much more next year.

Hi Sid
If you mean the Lyn in Devon you are not far out. It is The Mole near South Molton in North Devon.
It is a private stretch where I live and I seem to be the only person fishing it.
For next season I also have a stretch of the West Lyn.
Regards
Paul

Looks like a bow saw would be a handy accessory to fish there.

Looks superb.

I fish the Tone in Somerset and in lots of places it looks just like that.

I have never fished the Mole but have the Bray which is a stunning bit of water.
