hi all ,

went to the lake district this weekend camping with the intentions of fishing some of the tarns .

anyway it rained non-stop from getting there on sunday until when we were finally defeated by the rain yesterday .

there was no chance of getting up the tarns , but i did manage half an hour on the shore of ulswater inbetween storms .

anyone name the waters ?

No I didn't

#3 Buttermere?

yeah no.3 is buttermere , which is a clue to no.5 distant shot .

buttermere was nearly full to the brim , most of the lakes we saw were nearly all full of excess rain water , all the mountains had raging streams flowing down them.

although i only had half an hours fishing the views we took in on monday were breathtaking
