Talking Neldricken Brown and Fox Cubs

Hi,
Caught this nice troot yesterday, but just had to show the 3 fox cubs we met hunting. I stayed and photographed them for 15 mins, saw 1 catch a mouse just as we came across the cubs, didn't get the camera out on time though. I know it's not fishing photos but i was walking back from fishing

Great photos.
They may not be fishing photos but I bet you'll remember the cubs long after you have forgotten the trout on that day.
Where was mother?

Andy,
You're right i'll never forget that chance meeting.

I do think mum was watching because a couple of sheep stood and watched the same spot in the undergrowth all the while. The cubs were so young mum must have been there!

The fox cubs took no notice of us, i could get to within about 10 feet without them bothering at all!

Here's the first one running towards my rucksack, it's heading into the undergrowth to eat it's mouse, away from the others.
