Colin that is a cracker. What weight is the fish and where did you catch it from?

Its a Fishery in South Lanarkshire in Scotland called Tinto,The fishing can be superb and this is what to expect.

I never weighed the fish but is a big un.

Its very lightly fished.

deerhunter is tinto a syndicate water?fished it years ago but had heard it changed to syndicate.some nice browns in there to.had the place to ourselves when were there

No its not a syndicate water it costs £12.00 a day catch and release but you can take a season catch and release ticket.(This is where people get the impression of a syndicate water).

Tinto is an open water.

You can fish from 8am to Dusk.

It was an Olive Emerger on Monday Night

Regardless of what people say about Tinto the place is great to fish and not overcrowded at all.

The trout will give the best of us a fight and a half.
