yeh understand this is going to be a definate part of my c/r for the season i realise i dont need to take it out the water to get a picture as that was my only real reason for taking it from the water although the fish did return to the river looking well and with a wee splash of its tail it was away

IT WAS AT THE START OF THE RIVER , IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE RIVER THEN IT WAS CAUGHT BEHIND YORKHILL HOSPITAL AT THE RUN BELOW THE FALLS
YEH IT COULD BE A FINNOCK TO RETURNING TO THE SEA.

It's definatly a finnock then, returning from the sea. There was a really good run of sea trout last year in the second week of April, didn't manage to get one though but I seen fish upto 2lb.
