I took this shot today when the weather was up to its best. Im quite chuffed with my result. The picture was took near carrickarede.

I travelled the whole coast of Antrim today and didn't see a bird insight only this little rare black headed bullfinch which attempted to cross my path. Shame I only got one picture of the bird.

I was actually wanted to find some gulls for some photographs but within the whole trip, I probably counted about 3 or 4.


There is also a few more pictures of scotland, Cushendun and Ballycastle.

I can understand the photo of the road, I think the roadman must have been on the guiness!
I hope that is not the girlfriend with the green earing in, Chromie, she looks a bit on the old side for you.

Nice pictures.


Certainly looks like a Stonechat. This is the closest I got to one at Loch Ba. The black dots all round it are 'Blae and Blacks', big black buzzers, there were thousands of them hatching at the time.
