the fish was roughly 60cm in length and solid as a rock, the water was low and we could reach parts of the river not normally fished,our rod rings froze up all day long as the air temp was -6 when we started fishing,we had grayling up to the 2lb mark and then i hooked this one,i've had them to just over 3lb on the teviot but this was huge,the fish took a pink shrimp on the top dropper.
