Hope this works.

Nice 7lb trout taken at the start of the year from Loch Morar. Unfortunately not me who caught it but my mate Willy.

It was smoked by a local fish smoker and eaten

I'm thinking Salmon Kelt, but it's hard to tell from the picture.
