The jack pike looks so real, how on earth did you tie it? Obviously large tandem hooks for a start

Er I was going to have a try for pike on the fly with my fishing mate, but looking at that picture........... I've changed my mind! That could have been my hand!



Nice shot by the way, I presume the monster let the baby go before you netted them both?

I had a 13lb Pike take a 3lb plus Chub years ago. The pike wasn`t hooked and had opened his jaws so wide he couldn`t release the Chub.I landed both of them on 4lb line.

I've seen that pic before to, apparently they got it near the boat and it came off, i think
