Default Cut up yet again on the Lake!

Drifting down on to the Rookery and a few risers yesterday on the Lake when these 2 numpties motored across our drift from Gateside Bay in spite of our protestations. No weel kent faces so I can only assume they're ignorant of basic boat etiquette. Time Quint posted some 'Rules of the Road'.

Cheers,

Davie

I'm sure they did Jim. What was particularly galling was that instead of dropping down below us for a drift into the corner they proceeded to cut out and away down towards the Road Shore. A straighter line and a bit of consideration would have dictated going round behind us as did the other boats that passed us.

Bloody Blatant Ignorance to your drift that!!!

Ive tried to do that a few times to the "Me, Myslef and I Angler", with only ever suceeding once!

I managed to get a #12 Kate McLaren Double onto his boat bag!! From around 20yds!

He wasnt too impressed!!

You would think that people fishing from boats would have the "noggin" about them to give people the common courtesy when fishing.

Needless to say, I never got that Kate back.....
