It always seems to happen.
I spend all winter on the river trying to locate the bloody things and can never find them. So today i came across a shoal of grayling and caught this which by my poor estimates was probably about 1 1/2lbs
For the record it was on one of Haggisboys bugs fished NZ style under a Klink. The rod is one of the cheap Neillsens off ebay. I bought a couple at full price of Flyonly and rated them so thought i would take the risk and try the ebay version. To me its pretty similar, the reel seat is different as is the uplocker. The blank and livery seems the same, the rings are different, is it a real one, i dont know. Do i like it? Yes.Anyway....
