Thanks for the warm welcome guys Hi little machin,no i have never fished Llyn Elsi mate,have you?Hi stalker,i live just down the m4 from you in Neath.I do fish the beacons from time to time and have done quite well on the rainbows,but have not been fortunate enough to catch any of the wild browns in there.The last twice i've been there i saw my mate catch 1 or 2,jammy ****** nice looking fish aswell.To be honest with you these browns i caught in chile.Awesome brown fishing and stunning scenery,oh well back to reality.

hi stargazer i have not fished it yet but in about four weeks i am staying with my mates nan and grandad and were are going on that lake 3 or 4 times in the week and it is only £10 but i don't know if that is a childs ticket or it's the price for children and adults? my mate goes their quiet a lot when he stays with his grandparents

Hi Little Machin,

I have fished Lyn Elsi I few years back. I think it was about a tenner per day for adults. Beautiful spot and some lovely brownies in there. You can easily get to them from the bank - no need to wade. They took pretty much anything we threw at them.
