Default New Mexico

Managed to get a day fishing in while visiting the "Outlaws" in New Mexico a couple week ago. Here are a few pics of a really nice secluded trout stream about an hour west of Santa Fe.

The action was pretty much non stop all day. Its mostly catch and release. New Mexico Trout (Chapter of Trout Unlimited) have undertaken some good stream restoration to create decent habitat. Its a great little stream.

I know what you mean, but its the Bears that I keep my eye's peeled for.

Its a great place and I miss it now I live back in Scotland, but I like the Clyde and theNith too so it ain't all bad.

Looks peaceful and scenic, with lovely brownies as well!
