the fish for the 1st time this year were on the hatching buzzers into the dark this is a wee compilatation



i have no idea what the white thing is in front of the fishes mouth.i can only think it is a flash reflection

That is a braw broon troot, Jim. Do I detect a lure sticking out of its facial orifice, or is it a trick of the camera?

about 1lb 8oz and it was a size 10 goldbead tadpole,my favourite early season brownie lure(better than an ace of spades for those that can remember it )i had 3 to hand and dropped 4. in the 1st and 2nd photo you can see a bad casting knot 1' from the fly ,ooops
