Default Gofynne - The Irfon (April '07)

I posted some of these in the Rivers section but thought they may fit in here as well.

The Gofynne beat of the Irfon stretches for about 1km and is available to all via the Wye & Usk Foundation.

Is that Brian White?
If it is check out my River Soar trout taken yesterday...3rd one now, it's becoming a proper trout water!
Will have to check out that piece of water looks lovely.

Hi there Cumbrian,

I'm booked on the Gofynne beat in mid May. From your pics it looks fantastic. How did it fish? And any tips / pointers? This will be my first trip to the Irfon, so I'm keen to tap into any knowledge that others have.

Welsh Wye

I have fished Gofynne and it is nice water. Mostly grayling though.
