Default Ellan valley

Hi All

Went up the Elan Valley for a drive round, it was fantastic, weather was lovely and guess what fish were rising as well

Hi Jim

After all the rain we have had in Wales, I thought there would be more than this in them, more my sort of weather this, cold at night and fantastic days gives you that good to be alive feeling.

This one came out nice, hard to tell where the tower stops and the water begins

Gorgeous photos all, but it's Elan not Ellan.

Lovely photos. I was a bit further south. Took my family up the Sugar Loaf near Abergavenny. Cloud and woodsmoke hanging like a thin veil over the valley floor. Alas I forgot the camera! The Usk looked lower than I was expecting.

Wonderful photos gents.

I bet the Elan Valley reservoirs aren't as calm as that very often. Like a mill pond indeed.
