It looks like a Grayling, yet the thread is called a "fish" from the Tummel.
Surely a Grayling from the Tummel would cause less comnfusion.

Don't change the title to suit him. Just Malcolm trying to be funny. To those that do not understand when Salmon men talk of "A Fish" they mean a Salmon not a lowly, well in some's eyes a Grayling is not "A Fish" You call it what you want Tweed, it is your posting, sod the rest of them.
A nice catch whatever Salmon or no Salmon.
Tight Lines
Maybe I will post the picture of a North Esk Salmon I got on a Garden Fly. That will really **** him off.

Tweed, a bit off topic but is that one of those C&F fly patch things pinned to your jacket and if so are they any good?

Nice fish, where abouts on the tummel?

So RRW you spotted a spelling mistake, very good, but no pictures of gas chambers etc.

foriegnmuck, yes it is c&f patch and its excellent, imo, the insert is slitted foam and removable just like the system boxes, so you can load it the night before you go with flies you plan to use and you dont need to worry about dropping your box in a fast flowing river, as i have done in the past. Think i paid £9 for it. Worth the money m8. I was fishing at ballinluig, the fish in the pic was one of 7, the best being 2lb+ that put its fin up in the current and wouldnt budge. Shame i never got pic.
