Hows the fishing in sunny Bristol?

The Kenn in Clevedon and the Axe in WSM are my old stamping grounds down there.

Never fly fished in Bristol area until earlier this year: double blank in the Lexus on Chew; not impressed - seriously underwhelmed.

By definition the Bristol waters are not easy waters - the scenery & the challenge are what draws people - but reading some of the Blagdon regulars posts on here earlier this year I guess thats wearing a bit thin !!!

One more attempt at posting this thing before I venture up the wooden stairs to Bedfordshire.

are you trying to post from another host ie photobucket, if not it will not work

Finally managed to post the thing (whilst I should be working !) - a nice cracker from Loch Watten - June 2006.

Its ok Silverfox I'm viewing it whilst I should be working, so that's ok.
Well marked fish - nice; I'm impressed.
