I was at Bangour Trout fishery lastnight , I had planned to fish there afew weeks ago and it feel through and i had been dying to get back up !

I was very impressed at this well run venue and the condition of the place is immaculate and very good prices and c&r . It is the first fishery that I have been to and can actually see the fish cruising by the peg !!!! crystal clear but I think the weather conditions [ sunny and hot ] played there part to make the day very hard going for me .... but not others as there were lots of nice catches .

Most of the local fisheries iv been to just take money and thats it , however the owner of bangour is friendly and takes a great interest in the well being of the fish and the way the place is run, It shows as the place is flawless . I had a really great time .

[ tried to realese the tiger but it was bleeding badly .... i was gutted that i couldnt return it it was cracking , the picture doesnt do it justice as that was it after being in a plastic bag which discoloured the fish ]
