being the ridiculous technophobe that I am, I have decided to risk the 21st century and gone and registered on photo bucket.

Ok, but that takes me to the photo bucket site. How do I get the picture to appear in the body of the post... like eveyone else does. perhaps they have brains and I am just a dumb idiot....

Go to your picture, right click and 'copy image url'. I'm using Chrome, perhaps different with other browers

Easiest way to do it is by compying the IMG code which is the very bottom one so the image comes up like this
