Hi folks,
have any of you used, or do any of you use the sony hx5 camera for taking pics of your flies?
i've managed a couple of decent photos but feel they could be much better, i suspect it could be more of a lighting issue. i'm aware an SLR (in the right hands) is the way forward, but happy to just get the best quality macro type shots from my compact for now.
i suppose the main question is do i need to start playing around with the manual settings, or should i be able to take a decent pic with the auto mode?
cheers,
JK
(Just noticed a thread a few below about taking photos with a compact! mines written now so i guess my question is just has anyone used the Hx5 and have they managed good fly close ups with it?!)
