Hi GUYS help really needed for some reason cannot get camera to accept any memory card,keep getting memory card error,read manual and it says to format card in camera but keep on getting error unable to format,any help most welcome i have tried six different cards with various gbs been trying for two days now and getting peeved off

Mines would not accept the new SDHC cards.Will omly take SD.

Been trying the micro sd card convertor could that be the problem jim??

Is this the camera you got off ebay tafftastic, if so try contacting the seller and see if they know what the problem is, if you have no joy you can dispute it through ebay as defective goods which the seller will have to resolve in some shape or form.

Yes mate it is just contacted seller but jim says it will only accept a bog standard SD card,i tied a SDHC 4GB,AND ANOTHER FIVE IN THE MICRO SD CARD CONVERTOR AND NONE WORKED SO HAVE ORDERED ONE EARLIER.
THE ACTUAL CAMERA HAS A SMALL MEMORY THAT HOLDS ABOUT 8 PICS.

See if you can get a straight SD card to try before you do anything else.

Have asked around cant seem to find one jim so have ordered on only a few quid so hope it works as i have just posted earlier have also contacted seller

Looking at the specs for the camera it would appear it takes the older SD card. It also takes an MMC card.
