Brechin Angling Club v Scottish Gov't + Netsmen
At last, a club with some backbone. They have to stood up to the netsmen and the Gov't in one go.
I have been a member of BAC for 20 years now and very proud I am to be associated with them.
Safe in the knowledge that this is a Fly Fishing forum, covering all species, these guys are going to need all the help and backing from the Angling world that is available.
It's going to be a long tough journey and with regard to the future of Salmon in that area, they have to succeed.
One of the consequences of them failing is that the Faroes and Icelandic nets are liable to start up again, this could spell disaster for Salmon runs in general.
