10.75LB wild brown trout on the fly taken earlier in the week in Lough Inagh, Connemara, (west Galway)..
A green peter did the damage, fished deep so i am told....


This wee lake amazes me... I love fishing it. There is always the chance of a big trout, salmon or sea trout. You just never know what you might find there... In the last 5 years there has been numberous big trout caught..
Brilliant...
Unfortunately the fish was killed....


On the last day of last season me and my mate hooked (and both lost) a salmon so i have to redeem myself this year. There are lots of seatrout in the system, but best later in the year. I recon it is one of the most beautiful fisheries in Ireland..
