There were quite a few boats fly fishing on wed but with the wind being almost full north it left the wind very cold. I had one trout about 1lb 1/2, a kelt and met 3 other fish but couldnt make anything of them. A lot of good reports from other boats and I think fish were plucked from everywhere. A few buzzer flying around.

I landed my boat there yesterday but didn't fish as it was so cold that it would skin a brass monkey. There was sleet and snow driven by squally winds while we put the boat into the water so we turned for home when it was tied up. We did see one boat out.

I would never dare to go out in weather like that. Ree taught me a not to be misunderstood lesson some years back. I look at that vid and it all comes back to me ...
