Default Fishing in Europe next year help wanted

I'm looking to do a short 3-4 night fishing trip next year to mainland Europe.
Looking to do it on a budget of less then £500 all in each.
There will be four of us going which might help cost if we have to share twin rooms.
I love wild fishing but of course would like to have some nice fish as well some.
So over to you lot for superb suggestions on where to go.

I cant tell about flight price without checking but you cant spend more that £100 per day and per person ,all included(licence, food, acomodation ,guide...) exept if you drink really really much

3-4 days is too short for Montenegro - it takes that long to drive from Split to Dubrovnik.

Fly to Krakow and drive to the san river (about 3 hours on the backroads, about 5 on the main road).

Prague and the 1.5 hours to the otava river or Bratislava and the 4 or so hours to the northen rivers.

This was the option that immediately came to my mind. I've never been (looked into it before) but a well known low cost airline flies there for next to nothing and there is an outfit out there that does fully guided, accommodation and food inclusive trips (plus airport pick ups) for about the budget you have.

If you did it yourself I would imagine it would be incredibly cheap.

All the best in finding a great place to fish!

Wrong country mate..Split and Dubrovnik are in Croatia
And people from England this summer had really cheap tickets to Dubrovnik,40 euros only
From Dubrovnik you can be in Montengro in 1 hour ,and 3 more hours of driwing you in Kolašin....geografic center of Montenegro

Its (was) a bit of a poland-internal tourist destination so there are B&B's - the dam was one of the great socialist victories - but I would imagine only the poorer Poles still go there - except for the day trippers - the two available campsites are pretty basic but what the heck. The food in the local booths is bloody awful, I couldn't eat breakfast there, you need to go to one of the larger towns for a usable pizzaria.

The fishing is magnificant - you don't need a guide, and you can buy licenses from the local bailifs, who will also sell you flies (caddis) and tell you where to find what. I strongly suggest you reserve a license beforehand and its tricky but can be done (if they tell you the river is booked out you have the wrong guy). I have been told the river after the reserved sections and the tribs are just as good and cheaper - but you know what its like, sometimes you don't want to experiment. I had a load of scraggy March Browns from the English Fly Fishing Shop and they were greatly in demand from the local trout. I also got a fly from a local - quite amazing because they don't waste much time with foreigners - a CDC cinnamom yellow thing

The only negative point I had was that it started to thunderstorm at about 15:00 in the afternoon - I got chased out of the water by lightning, haven't run that fast in years, which next stripped a tree about 50 yards from my car, and the water didn't clear up till about 11:00 so the time on the water was curtailed, never got to see an evening hatch which judging by the rising at about 14:00 must have been quite amazing. Grayling paradise which I, because of said lightning, didn't get to experience.
