Default Any ideas #2

Sorry about the picture but can anyone have a guess at the wee yellow beasties on this thistle, hopefully the colours will give it away yellow body black wing. Will try and get a better pic (or even a usefull pic!)

I have now been reliably informed they are
Sciara hemerobioides - A Fungugus Gnat

Found and being munched on at Errwood Reservoir Derbyshire if anyone was interested.
