I want to say something helpful, but I can't. It's really pretty though and a lovely picture

A female dun.

Two tails, double intercalary veins and a hint of oval hindwings suggests a Beatis.

Given the size and colouration I'd guess at either a Pale Watery (B.fuscatus) or Small Dark Olive (B.scambus).

So B.fuscatus is what used to be B.bioculatus yes? I am working from v old Harris and Goddard.
Is there any way of distinguishing them without getting into the underpants of the male?

Small Dark Olive?

According to Goddard the females have almost black eyes and the eyes of the Pale Watery females are yellow-green.

Pom
Yes that right - B.fuscatus is what used to be known as B.bioculatus.

And Fishtales has completed the ID for you - B.scambus
