Now we know why insects in general are called creepy crawlies. Nice tint Col. What's your take on the weird burnt out highlights at the base of the wing on the lower shot? I had some on a Damsel nymph and couldn't work out where they came from.

Hi Alex/ I think that is just a result of me going off on one having a bit o' fun doing the B&W conversion and split toning - trying to get it to look like Alien. I've pulled several of the sliders a bit beyond what is reasonable and it has introduced quite a bit of noise and clipping.

See ya Sunday! (I've got me new Reg Vardy rarin' to go and me Heinz tomato soup is oiled and polished and loaded with a new garden fence! Cannae wait!)
