Sandy, great photo. Is this bug an important part of the fish diet like the bibio?

It's a flying insect and was photographed at the edge of my local water so they will get blown onto the water at some time. I'm not sure if they are in great enough numbers to make them a viable got to fly like the bibio but a general black dry with some red/yellow in it should attract some attention. I just thought it looked very colourful and isn't an insect I have seen very often so a picture was appropriate
