Default Stomach contents photo...

...from a Frandy fish yesterday. Interesting that this guy has a fair old mix of terrestrials (about the only real food they get up there ) because I started on a pair of size 12 dries and had nothing but fresh air shots until I took a belated look at the water and spotted a dose of black gnats. Took the 12s off and put a pair of 16s on, with a pearly-winged black Bob's bits on the tail. Bingo! What a difference.

A coconut to the man who names the fluoro green guy with the crazy eyes!

Here's a 1200px wide version (you need to click on it to get it full size)...

If anyone wants a closer look at the details, PM me and I'll send you the 5184 x 3456 original.

Looks like one of the Lacewings but the wings look too heavily veined in the picture.

Aye, definitely not a lacewing, Sandy. The overall build, the proportions of the abdomen, the wings, the legs and the antennae are totally different.

I had a quick troll through my insect book and couldn't see any good candidates at all

Found it.

It isn't a lacewing, it is a sawfly.
