Default Name this upwing?

Big hatch of these three tailed, turbinate-eyed upwings on The Hodder last night. Can anyone put a name to it?

Cheers Kisauni,

that explains why I has such a good day today with my BWO Emerger (though to be fair the weighted nymph hanging below picked up more).

As kisauni said above you have in your hand the last stage in the life cycle of the BWO often known as the sherry spinner ,did you fish on till dusk?if so you would have noticed an increase in trout activity and a change in the form these rises took as the spent fly lies akimbo in the surface after egg laying .

Hi Paddy,
It was early evening and we were just returning to the Inn at Whitewell from a three hour circular walk when I took the picture. I fished all the next day (yesterday) until about eight by which time my hunger for food had outstripped my hunger for Trout, which was almost sated.
