Default Bug ID please

Sorry but this was not found along the riverbank but crawling over my bedroom floor. If any of you entomology boffins could tell me what it is or might be I'd be really grateful. It looks similar to half a woodlouse with lots of legs underneath but it has that thing sticking out its rear end and is just under 1cm in lenght. I leave my bedroom window open alot so maybe its something that blew in. Thanks alot.

Image enlarged as best I can, no cause for concern unless it fell off after a good scratch...

It's the rare and much sought after Cumbrian crab Mark, pay heed to it, they can be vicious in your neck of the woods.

There is a slight difference. It's not the normal Crab Louse Phthirus pubis.

Maybe the Cumbrian variant Phthirus pubis sellafield?
