I have to be honest I have only been once but Paddy and I caught ten big stocky rainbows between us and we had a fantastic time!

The reservoir itself is not the most picturesque but once you are sitting in the middle in a boat you kind of forget you are in a big concrete bowl!

There seems to be lots of fish in there and they are really nice. Stocky rainbows that really make your reel scream as they dive deep! Very exciting!

Facilities are good and the staff are friendly. They have a well stocked tackle shop so you can buy the appropriate buzzers etc once you get there.

I like it a lot and for the money I think it is excellent value!
