The lake is stocked with rainbow trout at a minimum size of 2.5lb.

We are open 7 days a week and fishing is by booking only.

Full Day Ticket (max 4 fish) £40
Evening Ticket (max 2 fish) £25

Evening Tickets are from 4.00pm in BST and from 12.00pm from 1st November until 1st April.

Exclusive full day use of fishery available from £175
Season ticket (10 day ticket) £350

Fishery Report March 2012

The fishery has been fishing really well we stocked 40 Rainbows last week at a 2.8lb average and gave the lake a spring weed cut. So it's now all clear and ready for some spring risers.

I would like to thank Amport T F for a most enjoyable days fishing yesterday. Although it was windy and bright it was at least dry. I was amazed at clearity of your water a joy to see your quarry and have the opportunity to stalk them. Having been told that average stocking was 2.5lb I was not expecting to land my first fish of the day at 7 lb 8 oz. I have 3 more around the 3lb mark.
Which for £40 I thought was good value for your money. I just can't get over how clear the water was a like fishing the Itchen in the spring.

Fished Amport with an old friend last week

Had a cracking day - lovely gin clear water (as always at Amport), fish that fight like demons, and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
