The weekend of the 3rd & 4th of December sees the launch of the new tackle shop at Rocklands Mere Fishery. Join us to celebrate the re-opening of the lodge which, after months of hard work, is now fully completed and stocked full of premium brand fly fishing tackle. Our biggest and best range yet.
The weekend will not only include a preview of 2012 tackle but also discounted season tickets, fly tying demonstrations and an exclusive insight into the 2012 season at Rocklands Mere Fishery.
On top of all this the RMF catering department has been enrolled to knock up the usual festive treats throughout the weekend.
RMF is now one of the biggest fly fishing outlets in East Anglia, stocking more product lines and brands than ever before. We cater for all tastes, budgets and abilities and offer a unique try before you buy service, with expert advice always on hand. Not only do we have a full range for the fly fisherman or women, we also have a comprehensive fly tying section and are proud to add the Hunter Boots brand to our inventory.
As many of you will know, RMF has undergone a transformation within the last 12 months making 2012 a hotly anticipated season. Not only has the lake been significantly extended, RMF now has more to offer than ever before. The old lodge has now been converted into a dedicated area for visiting anglers to enjoy, whether it be a quick break at lunchtime or a warming cup of tea next to the woodburner after some winter fishing. Toilet facilities have been upgraded and a permanent on-site office is now in place, ensuring someone is always available to make your day at RMF a memorable one.
Although the trout lake is not yet open, the launch weekend will give anglers the opportunity to discuss the details of the forthcoming season, including stocking strategies and in house events. Anyone wishing to sign up for the 2012 season can do so, all season tickets purchased at the weekend will recieve a 10% loyalty discount.
