Hilarious! Well, he has got my vote and I aint even Welsh!
I am wondering how long it is going to be before the government in this country forces people to buy a license for sea fishing from our own shores? Even if its something the EU tries to force on us, I am wondering which MPs will have the balls to sign it into law and go against their maker?
I'm certain it's going to happen, unless they go the other way and just ban fishing aktogether. Once animal rights terrorists get their way with one thing and swing public opinion their way, the rest wont be too far behind in following.
These are a couple of articles from a few years ago. There have been more recent ones too regarding a sea angling license.

Sea anglers fail to bite license bait (Updated 28 Mar 07)
One thing I don't get though is that somehow in the past they seemed to have believed that it should be okay to bring in legislation for freshwater license without suffering the wrath of G-d. Yet scripture shows that all fish have been given into our hands to do with as we please, which includes the fish of the Streams, Rivers, Lakes and Ponds too.
Our Common Law enshrined over almost a milenia clearly supports our absolute right to catch fish unlicensed, using any method we wish for consumption in our own dwelling. At some point in the recent past TPTB decided to keep quiet about this and push licensing onto us by way of subversive legislation (not true law). This goes against the very laws of our land, Common Law and our constitution and customs. Government propaganda and biased television with a political agenda (and vested interest!) has condemned a generation to know nothing about history more than a year old, or about freedom and democratic principles. They have dumbed us down to know nothing of our true laws and values and programmed us through their sound bites to instead just do what the Mafia running the country say, or else.
They may have originally mistakenly believed that the laws of G-d only applied to the Sea, which is why they stopped at only licensing freshwater fishing when attempting to subvert the Common Law of the land. There are however many atheist MP's now residing in parliament that are so vindictive and spiteful, and lacking a belief in G-d that they wouldn't think twice about licensing sea angling as well, or even banning the sport altogether in the case of the animal rights extremist melon types! (green on the outside red on the inside).
These types can be found across all political parties, but found in greater numbers in certain parties. They work to a phobic agenda of faith bashing (certain faiths more than others), and stalinistic ideals of reducing our rights and freedoms. Hatred, corruption and thuggery is their day job, they are the Mafia running the country from Westminster. They want to control every aspect of your life and require that you have a license to so much as breathe.
The world that George Orwell described not so long ago is almost upon us so before we say goodbye to G-d, Queen and country, a quick reminder of what our maker says about our beloved sport which forms the Common Law of our land:
Bereishit - Genesis - Chapter 1
Chapter 1
1. In the beginning of God's creation of the heavens and the earth. א.
2. Now the earth was astonishingly empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep,
and the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the water. ב.
3. And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. ג.
4. And God saw the light that it was good, and God separated between the light and between the darkness. ד.
5. And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night, and it was evening and it was morning, one day. ה.
6. And God said, "Let there be an expanse in the midst of the water, and let it be a separation between water and water." ו.
7. And God made the expanse and it separated between the water that was below the expanse and the water that was above the expanse, and it was so. ז.
8. And God called the expanse Heaven, and it was evening, and it was morning, a second day. ח.
9. And God said, "Let the water that is beneath the heavens gather into one place, and let the dry land appear," and it was so. ט.
10. And God called the dry land earth,
and the gathering of the waters He called seas, and God saw that it was good. י.
11. And God said, "Let the earth sprout vegetation, seed yielding herbs and fruit trees producing fruit according to its kind in which its seed is found, on the earth," and it was so.
12. And the earth gave forth vegetation, seed yielding herbs according to its kind, and trees producing fruit, in which its seed is found, according to its kind, and God saw that it was good.
13. And it was evening, and it was morning, a third day.
14. And God said, "Let there be luminaries in the expanse of the heavens, to separate between the day and between the night, and they shall be for signs and for appointed seasons and for days and years.
15. And they shall be for luminaries in the expanse of the heavens to shed light upon the earth." And it was so.
16. And God made the two great luminaries: the great luminary to rule the day and the lesser luminary to rule the night, and the stars.
17. And God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to shed light upon the earth.
18. And to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate between the light and between the darkness, and God saw that it was good.
19. And it was evening, and it was morning, a fourth day.
20.
And God said, "Let the waters swarm a swarming of living creatures, and let fowl fly over the earth, across the expanse of the heavens." כ.
21.
And God created the great sea monsters, and every living creature that crawls, with which the waters swarmed, according to their kind, and every winged fowl, according to its kind, and God saw that it was good.
22.
And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters of the seas, and let the fowl multiply upon the earth."
23. And it was evening, and it was morning, a fifth day.
24. And God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kind, cattle and creeping things and the beasts of the earth according to their kind," and it was so.
25. And God made the beasts of the earth according to their kind and the cattle according to their kind, and all the creeping things of the ground according to their kind, and God saw that it was good.
26. And God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness,
and they shall rule over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the heaven and over the animals and over all the earth and over all the creeping things that creep upon the earth."
27. And God created man in His image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
28. And God blessed them,
and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the sky and over all the beasts that tread upon the earth.
29. And God said, "Behold, I have given you every seed bearing herb, which is upon the surface of the entire earth, and every tree that has seed bearing fruit; it will be yours for food.
30. And to all the beasts of the earth and to all the fowl of the heavens, and to everything that moves upon the earth, in which there is a living spirit, every green herb to eat," and it was so. ל.
31. And God saw all that He had made, and behold it was very good, and it was evening and it was morning, the sixth day.
