Any recommendations on the best trip for a weeks holiday? Would probably look to do only a days guiding to keep the cost down a bit. There would be 3 of us based in UK, Luxembourg and Belgium respectively. Does anyone have any personal experience of the above or good recomendations that won't cost the earth?

I've had a read through the threads and all of the above locations seem to come up a lot. If anyone has any other tips they'll be greatly received!

Hi I hope this helps. I've been to Poland a few times and have had some great sport. The people are very friendly and the scenery is fantastic. I hoping to get across again later in the year. Just remember the vodka comes in twos; one for each leg, and you'll be fine.

My advice is to go to Slovenia, near Bohinj lake, in the area were was the European Championship in 2006. You can get accomodation at 15-20 Euro/day. Thay have a lot of very nice fish and very nice rivers!
