Default Cool Video

One big reason for me joining this forum is i would like to fly fish the U.K. one day. It's where it all started ! I do also want to visit Scotland as that's where my grandpa immigrated from.
I saw a video that was shot primarily from my area and put it in my sig line.
check it out ! We do not have the history here that the U.K. does but there is some fine fishing here. I will also add a link to a Paul Brandt Video (Alberta Country Musician)
His video has some of my home town in it. pop. approx. 500 people.
I am not a guide and have nothing to benefit personally by this stuff.
first one-

(remember to breathe) Alberta - Travel Alberta - YouTube

second one-

Paul Brandt - Alberta Bound - YouTube

I hope this is not "out of line" putting this in the "destinations" forum.
Hope some of you people make it out this way one day. I know i will see the U.K.

Lovely Videos. Thanks! I've passed through a tiny part of Alberta in the past on the way from Calgary to my niece who lives in Fernie, B.C.
If I lived in that region, would I come to the UK for some fly fishing? Not sure. It's difficult to think like a 'native'. Would I travel to your region for fly fishing? No, but only because of travelling time; if you wasn't so far away, I'd be there as much as my wallet would allow! What I've seen is just beautiful, and the lakes and rivers!!!! Wow!! Glacier Nat Park. Stunning!
Anyway, if you visit, there's tons of info and advice on this forum and anglers far more fish worldly than me will put you on the right track,
Best regards,
Del.
