Default Cape Wrath area?

Anyone know anything about the lochs around Cape Wrath and Scourie for brownie fishing? I am looking at going back in the late summer for another go at the bass and thought a brownie trip or two wouldn't go amiss. Everything points to June, but that is too early for the spikeys, and I won't be dree fleeing for the browns either...thinking more of trying to lure out a lunker!

Nobody got any information at all? 103 views and not a single idea. Incredible.

Scourie Hotel has much of the fishing up that way. Might be a good idea to contact them.

The Scourrie Hotel no longer exists as a source of accommodation or as a means to access fishing in the area as it has shut down.

Contact Martin Mackay, tel: 01971 511255 or email: martin@durnesslimestonelochs.co.uk. He's in charge of letting fishing.

I am definitely losing it - must be cabin fever. My sincere apologies to Scourrie Hotel. Still there's no such thing as bad publicity.

There is lots of excellent fishing in the area, Scourie and district angling club have some very good fishing available, permits from the petrol station in Scourie. Kinlochbervie hotel also have some very good waters.
