Anyone heard of any guides for saltwater or for american bass inland?

Dont know about guides, but there are charter boats sail from marina for pelagics.
Was there many, many, moons ago, charter boat fishing was mainly for shark, blues and mako, with occasional marlin, tuna and wahoo, bottom fishing for big rays, but as mentioned this was 25 years ago, things will have developed! (just like the marina!).
Take a walk through marina, you will soon find out whats available. As to bass inland, pretty sure John Bailey wrote an article/story about largemouths/black bass in one of the online fishing mags. Try googling him on subject.

Be warned, around 5 years ago a commercial charter boat was charging 1000 euro,s a day for marlin fishing, I dread to think how much now? Plenty of dorado and bass around, mullet from the shore, but you need a licence to fish in the sea.
