Fishing Recs for St Austell, Cornwall

Hi

I'm off to Cornwall this weekend, and have both Friday & potentially Sunday afternoon/evening free. So what better way to spend the time than fish. Preferably fly fishing, or hiring a boat & sea fishing.

Any recommendations for fishing near St Austell?
