weekend away in april

Hi guys looking for any ideas/ hints as to where to go. Hoping to go for a weekend camping/ fishing for broonies on perth or pitlochry area, preferably free and wild though not essential. Last year we went to loch rannoch but its sheer size was a bit daunting. Any info greatfully received thanx
