Need information about Salt Pike fishing in South Sweden from shore.

Västervik and Västervik Fishing Camp would be my first port of call a little further down the road you have the famous river Morrum.

Västervik itself is a fantastic town for the idle tourist - loved my time there - fantastic fishing and fantastic people - very friendly, easy going and happy to speak English. Being a kiwi it's my second favourite country for angling and everything else.

Looks great and gorgeous place for Pike, but a bit far for me. I am going to fish at the river Morrum and
looking for the spot for sea pike on way to Copenhagen.

Vastervik fishing camp is OK. Cabins are quite cheap but the boat prices are high. Little bank fishing. I used a tube last time I went there, its quite a shock having large seagoing vessels passing within a few hundred yards and getting hooked up on seaweed and the wash gives a ride better than you can get at Alton Towers
If you have hired a car some of the access to the shore is very limited and very little parking on the road sides.
If you want to fish lower down Sweden say round Malmo then I can give you the name of a guy who could help. Also another friend who lives near Vasteras who may be able to help.
Round Gothenburg the sea trout fishing is good a chum of mine who lives there has caught all sorts on fly - cod, conger and flatfish
