The weather was a telling factor today conditions were a stiff N/E wind with driving rain in the morning to clear sky,s and V/strong gusts in the afternoon it proved to be that the way the wind was it meant that right up the fingers would be a good draw and this was so.
When every one came in at dinner time there were mick yeoman,robbie bell, josh fenton,tracey davison,mark wadds,stan scott all on 3 with trevor wadds in front on 4 after a round of free bacon butties thanks to roger it was back out to face the weather again mick and mark both landing fish on their 1st 2 pegs it seemed they were going to be drawing away from the field then with 2 pegs to go a surge from stan scott and ian richie on the 3rd peg saw them draw level at 6 each with scot putting in a show with 5 off 3 pegs in the afternoon,
getting down to the last peg saw a number of anglers throw in the towel and who could blame them with the weather
with scot finishing off on peg 13 up the top R/H finger from the lodge which was quite productive in the morning he managed to take 5 fish in 20 mins and ending himself on 10 with ian grabbing another 2 on the dam and mick chipping away with a fish a peg and witnessing stan drop 4 at the net it was quite a day the results were

1st Scot Fenton 10 fish

2nd Ian Richie (Qualified) 8 fish

3rd Mick Yeoman 7 fish

4th Stan Scott 6 fish

5th Mark Wadds 6 fish

22 fish 72 fish caught Rod Ave 3.27
