What was the river like, I was in the North east last week and it lashed down on Thursday and Friday...the Tyne was roaring!?

Ist John Tyzack
2nd Simon Robinson
3rd Howard Croston
4th Ian Greenwood
5th Phil Dixon
6th Bernie Maher

Alex Bobba was 7th and had the biggest fish.

Over 300 fish caught and released.

The river was in full spate on the Friday, High force falls were Full force!
Incredibly the river came down overnight. It was a fishable level on the Saturday for the comp. There was a lot of dunking by the anglers. The J.T shuffle it was called.
