Report and results are now live on: www.fishypics.co.uk sorry for the slight delay but I had to attend an extremely lengthy dinner, with equally lengthy speeches, from a lengthy list of speakers...........

All I know is, I was just about holding up the reverse side of the results sheet.Weather was a tad inclement.I was paired with Willie Leech or Wulliebhoy from the forum.Wulliebhoy was good company. I was a moaning whinging git.First time I can honestly say I didn't want to be there, not because I was "fishing p1sh", just experienced a bad head day...don't know why.
Took a good old slagging at the dinner afterwards, but that was to be expected.

once again the classic was a great event, apart from the weather
a great result for young Sean, my day started out pulling with the masses
but after a chat with my boat partener Robbie Winram we decided to go sh*t or bust & go nymphing down manton something we couldnt do in a team match, we had a great day with Robbie getting best fish ,a cracking 5lb+ my best was just under 4lb ,stunning fish.great day.

Are the fishing showing in any great numbers down there yet then Darren or did you have to work hard for them?
