The final was today. The boats will be off the lake by now and the weigh in underway.

I had a few mates who fished the heats. The fishing has been very poor from what I hear.

Well done Seamus.Two good fish on a very hard day. I was boating the comp and all week the fishing was very difficult. Some anglers never saw a fish all day,others getting one chance and taking it. Well done to Stephen Browne who I boated in the final. Stephen had two nice fish for 3.58lb.and finished
5th, and was unlucky not to win it having to return a third fish which was just under size. Well thats fishing I guess. Still a great week and still one of the best competition's there is. Great to see all the old faces and meet some new ones.Here's to next year.
